His was motto "Never look in Joyce M. Healey the ' Today the world lost the greatest wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Joyce Yvonne McDonald Mom enjoyed life to the fullest, 59, Healey, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family, June 8, 1996, after an J extra-ordinari- ly Iti with courageous struggle leukemia. She was bora April 6, 1937 to Leonard and Zella Dodge McDonald in Bakersfield, Calif, and was raised in Shatter, Calif While attending BYU she met Norman C. Healey of Highland. They were married on Aug. 25, 1958 and later sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on March 23, 1979. Singing was an important part of her life and she shared her beau- tiful voice with others through church organizations and especially with her friends in her singing group. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church, serving in many callings while touching the lives of many people. Her husband, children and grandchildren were the most important part of her life. She sup- ported all of their activities and .thoroughly enjoyed having them around her. She loved landscaping and Peterson thank you ' spent countless hours with her husband creating a beautiful yard for her family and grandchildren to enjoy. Until we can thank all of our friends and family personally, may we take this means of extending our deep appreciation for the many kindnesses shown in our recent sorrow at the deaths of Ada D. and Valno W. Peterson. Words alone cannot adequately express our gratitude. Thank you, dear friends and family members, for your thoughtfulness. We do appreciate the kindness- - always with a smile and optimistic attitude even when health problems were unbearable. She always saw the light at the end of a light-les- s tunnel. She leaves behind her husband; three daughters, three sons and 14 Colby, DaNene, grandchildren: Lindsay, Zachary, Haylee and Seth Adamson, American Fork; Patrick, Julie and Cameron White, Alpine; Jeffrey, Mia, Anthony, Maigan and Jacob Healey, Sandy; Randal, Jennifer, Teancum, Malachi and Riker Healey, Kaysville; Gary, Consuelo, Natalia, Cayman and Nicole Healey, Highland; Craig and Gina Hutchinson, Salt Lake City. Also six brothers, four sisters, very special brothers and sisters-in-laand friends. Dave, Gayle, Keith and Melba. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, father-in-laand her beloved mother-in-laEmily C. Healey. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 12, at noon in the Highland East Stake Center, 4679 W. 11000 North. Friends may call at the church from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Burial will be in the American Fork Cemetery. She remained a faithful daughter of God who endured to the end. We love you and will greatly miss you, Mom, and can't wait until the day you will hold us again. always look to the future." He had a deep and abiding love of his religion and has helped foster that same love in countless others. Born into a Jewish family, Dad found Mormonism in his late teens and gave up a relationship with his family and friends to embrace it. It was only many years after his conversion to Christianity that his family would speak to him. Ron was born Sept. 29, 1939 in Philadelphia, Penn. and joined the LDS Church in June 1958. He served an LDS mission to the Northwestern States during 1962-6He married Janie JoAnn Johnson on Nov. 1964 in the Mesa, Ariz. LDS Temple. They were later later married divorced. He Michelle L. Howe in October, 1993. Their marriage was solemnized in the Orlando, Florida LDS Temple. He served in many capacities in the LDS Church, as a Stake Mission President, Elders Quorum President, High Councilman, 4. beginning in 1971 and continued through 1993. He taught at LDS seminaries and institutes in the following schools and locations: Sundridge Junior High in Roy, Layton High School, Pleasant Grove High School, Lehi High School, Mountain View High School, Jacksonville, Fla. and Alta High School. He is survived by his wife, Michelle L. Zeidner; his children: Joe Zeidner, Springville; Holly Christensen, Mapleton; David Zeidner, Provo; Timothy Zeidner, Provo; Wendy Ralph, Cincinnati, Ohio; Michael Ribar, Phoenix, Ariz.; Richard Ribar, Orlando, Fla.; his sister, Ilene Rimorin, Bountiful; and nine grandchildren. Shalom. Services will be held Thursday, June 13, at 11 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Stake Center, 275 E. 500 call South. Friends may Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 S. 100 East, Pleasant Grove, or Thursday at the church one hour prior to services. April John Blake Evans, 45, Lehi, died June 4, 1996 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo of cardiac arrest. He was . American son of Dean and Irene Binns He Evans. Fork, married M. Donalee Jones Oct. 7, 1976 in the Provo LDS Temple. Blake graduated from Lehi Utah State School, High and University Washington School of Dental University Medicine. He has had a private dental practice in American Fork for the past 20 years. He was past president of the Fork Chamber of American Commerce, past president of the American Fork Lions Club, and past district governor of the State Lions Club. For eight years he served on the Alpine School District Board of Education and served as president of the board from Dr. Evans was a member of the American Fork Hospital Dental Staff and served as Director of Dental Services at the Utah State Developmental Center. He was a member of the Utah State Dental Medicaid Task Force. He served in the LDS Church as ward clerk of the Lehi 13th Ward and at the time of his death was serving as a member of the Lehi North Stake High Council. His life was helping other people. Survivors include his wife, Donalee; sons: Jared Dean Evans, Brock Don Evans; and daughter, Corinne Evans, all of Lehi; sister and brothers: Loraine (Wayne) Carlton, Aaron Dean (Mary Ellen) Evans, all of Lehi; Dr. Neal Binns (Barbara) Evans, Highland. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services were held Friday, June 7, in the Lehi Stake Center. Interment was in the Lehi City Cemetery. 1991-199- Girl to L.
