Published in the Pleasant Grove Review April 3, 1996. 17A, Chapter 3, Part 9, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on March 19, 1996, the Governing Board (the "Board") of the Municipal Building Authority of Lindon City, Utah (the "Issuer") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") in which it authorized the issuance by the Issuer of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 1996 (the "Bonds") in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), to bear interest at a rate or rates of not to exceed seven percent (7.0) per annum, to mature in not more than fifteen (15) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than ninety-eig(98.0) of the total principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest to the date of delivery.
