Craft time is also held on Fridays from 10 a.m. until noon. New bishopric sustained in Lehi Eighteenth Ward He is married to the former Ja Neil Carson, daughter of Neil and Jalaine Carson of Lehi; the couple has one son and three daughters. In addition to serving in the Switzerland Geneva Mission, he has also served as ward and stake Young Men's president, Gospel Doctrine teacher, Primary teacher Carleton Watkins, former first counselor in the Lehi 18th Ward bishopric, was recently sustained as the ward's new bishop, replacing Larry Lew. Wade Gause and David Harris were named as counselors to Bishop Watkins. Former second counselor Dennis Bailey was also released. Ronald Garrett and Bart Cooper were retained as executive secretary and ward clerk, respectively, as were James Jensen, assistant clerk; Gordon Winslow, financial clerk; and Jerry Brooks, membership clerk. Bishop Watkins, an engineering manager at Novell, was born in Logan to Henry and Beth Reeves Watkins. He has also served on the High Council and in various Scouting positions. He and his wife, Nancy, are the parents of three children. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, com- and temple preparation teacher. Second counselor David Harris is a finish carpenter by trade. He and his wife, Roberta, have two children, with one on the way. His previous church positions include ward mission leader, Scoutmaster, Blazer B instructor and first counselor in the Elder's Quorum presidency. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, motorcycle riding, hunting and woodworking. Ronald Garrett has served as ward and stake clerk, seminary instructor, teacher and secretary of the Elder's Quorum. A senior graphic designer at the Covey Leadership Center, he enjoys several different arts forms as puters, and participating in triathlons. Wade Gause, a Florida native, was named as the new first counselor. An engineer manager, he is employed at Hercules. hobbies. He and his wife, Mario, are the parents of two children.
