Staging time is at 8:15 a.m., with the parade beginning at 9 a.m. It will end on the east side of the park on 1st East and Center Street. Each participant will receive a participation ribbon from the fair and a sucker from Smith's Markets. Winners of each division will receive a red and gold crown and they will lead their divisions. Divisions are: Doll Carriage, Tricycles, Wagons, Wheel Chairs, Scooters, Hot Wheels, Skate Boards Roller Blades and Bicycles. All vehicles must be decorated and the participants may also be in costume. No motorized vehicles except for wheel chairs, also no animals. for the vjeeli of June 15 - 22 midnight, and June 18, from noon to midnight. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children and seniors. The event will be hosted by Utah's own Zivio Ethnic Arts Ensemble, and brings Slavic entertainers from Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
