The prospective groom is the son of Steve and Elizabeth Passmore of Pleasant Grove. The couple will be feted following the wedding at a wedding break- fast at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. A reception will honor them that evening from 7 to 9 at The Colonial House, 187 W. Main, Lehi. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Debbie Carroll will serve as maid of honor. Betsy Passmore will be bridesmaid. Robert Sorenson will perform best man duties, with Jared Passmore attending. A bridal shower was hosted by Debbie Carroll, Cheri Carroll and Vernine Butler. Special guests include grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Annette Carlton and Glenn Passmore of Gridley, Calif.; and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Williams of Las Vegas, Nev. Christine graduated from Skyline High School and LDS Seminary in Idaho Falls. She also served on the Seminary Council. She lettered in volleyball and basketball in high school. She is also a graduate of Ricks College and will graduate from BYU in elementary education. She will teach at Payson in the fall. He served an LDS mission in Bristol, England. He is attending Utah Valley State College, where he is majoring in computer science and business The couple will make their home in Provo. Emily was born in Pleasant Grove April 18, 1914 to George and Zella Beal Peay. She attended the public schools in Pleasant Grove, graduating from the high school in 1932. She married Homer F. Royle in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Aug. 6, 1934. She is the mother of four daughters: Nadine (Mrs. Larry) M. Miller, Salt Lake City; Kathleen (Mrs. Dan L.)
