The following prizes will be given to the designers: $15 for first place The Lehi Public Library and the a Lehi Arts Council will miniature tree festival during November. Prizes will be awarded and trees will be auctioned off to raise money for the two organizations. Although there is no theme and no entry fee for the festival, all trees must be no taller than two feet high and be made of all artificial materials. and $15 for the people's choice award; $10 for second place; and two tickets each for the third and fourth place winners. Trees will be judged on Wednesday, Dec. 1 and winners will be announced on opening night of the Christmas plays, Friday, Dec. 3. Trees will be displayed at the Lehi Library and may be submitted from Monday, Nov. 1 until Satur Brett R.
