A reception will honor the couple that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Orem 51st Ward Cultural Hall at 1650 S. 300 East. Brogdon of Riverside, Calif. Open houses will be held March 31 in Riverside, Calif., and April 3 in San Francisco. Calif Guests of honor will be Boyd and Rhea Penrod Rasmussen of Lehi. The future bride graduated from Lehi High School in 1984 and is currently employed in San Francisco. The husband-to-b- e graduated from Ramona High School in 1983 in Riverside, Calif, and served an LDS mission to Rochester, N.Y. He is also employed in San Francisco.
