Show 198S Citizen, Press, Review, Wed Aug. 20, Page 20 'Weigh to Fitness' classes to begin Ladies Size 4 thru 18 The fall series of "Weigh to Fitness" classes will begin in American Fork during the week of Aug. 25. Beginning classes in "Weigh to Fitness" are for first time participants. Intermediate and advanced classes are for persons in the process of losing weight or maintaining ideal weight. Those wanting to participate in the inclasses must have termediate completed the beginning class. r classes be taught by qualified registered dietitians. Registration in American Fork will be from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27, before the start of the first class, which will be in the American Fork Hospital education center. ... Enrollment is limited. The fee for the classes is $60, which can be paid during registration.
