Show Utah Valley Evangelical Sunrise Service combined Cobituaries) Colby Seven Utah County evangelical Christian churches have joined together to sponsor the third annual Utah Valley Evangelical Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. on Easter Sunday, April 22. This worship celebration of the risen Christ will be held indoors at the Women's Cultural Center, 310 W. 500 N., Provo. Everyone is invited to worship with this combined congregation. The service will be filled with J. Mills Colby Judd Mills, infant son of Craig S. and Michelle Westphal Mills of Orem, died April 7, 1984 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. He was born April 6, 1984 in Provo. Colby's father is employed at Park's Sportsman in Taylorsville and attends school in Pleasant Grove. His parents are members of the LDS Church.
