Whitlock of Alpine are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Cynthia Jane to Richard Neil Westwood, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Westwood of Highland. The couple will exchange vows in the Salt Lake Temple Friday, July 16. A reception will follow that evening in the Highland 2nd Ward Chapel, 10390 North Alpine Highway from 7:30 to 9:30. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Neil and Cindy are both graduates of American Fork High School where they were active in drama. Neil served as the photographer for the year book staff and Cindy was an honor student. Neil served an LDS mission in the California Arcadia Spanish Mission. He is presently attending BYU.
