Hospital Sept. 23 We all have our pet peeves. They're just little nuisances that make life interesting. Over the past week, I've kept track of some of the things that drive me crazy. I'm sure you can add many of your own minor hurdles. 1. People who drive slowly when I'm in a hurry. After I had once followed a truck for 20 minutes and gone two miles, I decided that slow drivers in front of me were God's punishment for something I must have done! 2. People who drive fast when I'm out for a leisurely drive. You know the ones - they tailgate, honk their horns, flash their lights, and hold up signs that say things like "I'll get you for this," and "Give me a break!" 3. Salesclerks who are too busy talking to friends to wait on the people in line - some of whom have passed out from the wait. 4. Telephone sales calls or surveys that come right during the middle of your bath, dinner or sleep. 5. Commercials on TV which depict the typical American Family as a cross between "The Brady Bunch" and "The Waltons."
