Carlton, also of Salt Lake City. Mr. Carlton is the son of Frank H. Carlton of Salt Lake City and the late Marion Carlton. The couple win exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony at Snowbird on Friday, August 29. The bride-to-b-e is a graduate of Lehi High School and Utah State University where she was involved in student activities. She is presently Operations Manager at Valley Fair MaH in Salt Lake City. The groom is a graduate of Granite High School where he played football. Giles of Lehi. The young couple will be married Saturday, Aug. 30 in the Provo LDS Temple. A reception will honor the newlyweds that evening at the Springville Museum of Art. Bidden to attend the bride are Jackie Lowe, Michelle Cahoon and Marie Flack. Kent Giles will perform best man duties. Miss Bushman is a graduate of Springville High School. Numbers selected will be interspersed with special production acts from the combined Young Ambassador groups and the Lamanite Generation. Lehi Girls Win Honors For Afgans Three Lehi 4H Club won blue participants ribbons for their knitting projects at the recent Utah County Fair. Under the leadership of Mrs. Dixie Webb, the girls worked on their own to create their entries. Linda Webb, 13, and Tami Smith, also 13, made knitted afgans, which will be entered in the Utah State Fair. Each afgan consists of 35 blocks, made in five different knitted which are patterns, repeated throughout the article. Ellen Webb, 9, won for her a blue ribbon knitted hanger cover. Both Ellen and Linda also ribbons for their gardening efforts and Tami will also take her suit, which she made for a clothing project, and her photo story, which she entered in the Photography Division, to the State Fair.
