She was instrumental in organizing the handicapped Scout Troop 817 and has been an ardent supporter of this troop. She has taught Cub Scouts and Primary Scouts at the American Fork Training School. Betty has completed five basic scout training sessions, has had Den Leader tended Den Chief and Ernest Oliver, Max Ray and Art Harding were present from the Ad Representative.
