Claude Hunting, chairman, Ag ricultural Stabilization and Conservation County committee, said that he and other officials keep reminding fanners at every opportunity that wheat program provisions are revised somewhat for the 1962 crop making it much more serious in cases where the "excess" wheat acreage is not ad justed. He pointed out that any excess wheat produced on farms where the wheat allotment (or the marketing quota exemption acreage if this is larger) is not complied with will be subject to a marketing quota penalty based on 65 per cent of parity as of May 1, 1962. Formerly, the penalty rate was 45 per cent. The marketing quota exemption acreage is the smaller of (a) 13.5 acres or (b) the highest acreage of wheat on the farm in any of the crop years 1959, Lehi Schools Add Contributions To Museum Fund N LA-DEA- N a AL-TH- Y; MORRIS; ABEL G.
