Bombings may cause hundreds of small fires and the immediate attention given to them is what will count most in saving lives and property. I would like to urge as many as can to learn the basic rules to prevent and combat fires; and because the women folk are at home more than the men, they should consider this firefighting very carefully and know what to do and how to do it.
