UTAH 13, 1956 q Miss Betty Johnson, Lewis Berry Recite Vows in Temple Ceremony A lovely affair of the late summer season, the wedding receep-tio- n for Mr. and Mrs. Lewis D. Berry attracted a large gathering of friends from several communities. The Lindon Ward church was the secen of the reception. The bride is the former Betty Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Johnson of Lindon, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Berry of Cedar Fort. Vows were exchanged in the Salt Lake Temple. The attractive bride chose a floor length model of lace and tulle over net and taffeta, designed by herself and made by her mother. An illusion veil fell to fingeertip length from a coronet of pearls. Deep pink roses encircled a white orchid in the bridal bouquet. Attendants, Mrs. Bob Johnson as matron of honor; Mrs. Larry Beveride, Betty Pehrson, De- Ann Walker, Darlene Steadman made a and Darlene Johnson, striking picture in gowns of pink taffeta. They held colonial nose bays of feathered carnations. Jaycettes Entertain Husbands at Park The Jaycettes entertained for their husbands Monday evening at a party in Wines park. President Marie Clover and the club officers were in charge of arrangements. Plenty of hot dogs with all the trimmings were featured with other seasonal fare. Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Julian Clover, Mr. and Mrs. Bob White, Jaycee President George! Reyenolds and Mrs. Reynolds; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Comer, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Larsen and Mr. and Mrs. Rex Southwick. Next month, the Jaycettes will be feted by the Jaycees at their Hallowe'en party. LEHI GROUP ENJOYS VACATION OUTING T LAS VEGAS A group from Lehi enjoyed a vacation trip to scenic Las Vegas, Nevada, where they enjoyed recreational features of the city, including several floor shows. The Ritz Brothers act which appeared at the Flamingo Hotel provided a highlight. Dinner was enjoyed in connection with the show. Members of the original Lehi Dance Set committee joined in the excursion. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Lassen of American Fork, also accompanied the motor caravan which included Mr. and Mrs. Roosevelt Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Fox, Mr. and Mrs. N. S. Peck, and Mr. and Mrs. Tony Ferkovichv Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Smuin, also former committee members, joined their friends in Las Vegas, enroute home from California. Outings Begin at The bride's mother wore a beige dress while the mother of the groom was attired in navy. Their corsages were pink rosebuds. Jack Berry stood as best man for his brother. Assisting as ushers were Craig Berry and Cary Peterson. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Berry greeted the guests at the door. Mrs. Merlyn Pack, sister of the groom, cared for the guest book.
