Show V GfaSSbfowina to Greek pastrie$ Arts fest hits SL streets The Utah Arts Festival the only statewide, arts festival in the nation-h- its the streets of downtown Salt Lake City Wednesday. The best of Utah's artists, craftsmen and performers bring their energy and excitement to West Temple Street to entice a crowd festival planners expect will surpass 100,000.
