Late in July, more FDA agents raided the premises of an Ohio pharmacist and seized $25,000 worth of Laetrile. Much of the Laetrile was destined for cancer patients who are legally authorized to use the substance by virtue of a court order issued by a federal judge in Oklahoma. Again, federal agents were operating above the law. Desperate patients and the harassed pharmacist have been told they must sue to recover their property.
