Iverson is the recipient of an "Outstanding Biology Teacher in Utah Award." The teacher was formally honored with a certificate and 100 power microscope in a presentation at the School June 4, by Lamont Jensen Utah State Chairman for NABT. Iverson was chosen to receive the award from a list of 33 nominees. It is given to SO teachers every year throughout the United Inter-mounta- in States. He qualified for the Utah award because he has "proved himself in professionalism several by points." , He received his Bachelor Of Science degree from Utah State Agricultural College Gated Return From Camp and has continued his education by "keeping in touaK through summer school, workshops and conferences. A classroom teacher for 24 years, Iverson has always been a member of UEA and the National Science groups.
