The festival is held at Utah State University annually. LDS Temple Rites Planned Dr. and Mrs. Darwin Woodbury of Tremonton announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Judy, to Dean He is a son M. Miss Carver is a graduate of Bear River high school and Utah State University in home economics. She will be teaching this fall at st Hill-cre- high school In MIdvale, Utah. While at USU, she was affiliated with Chi Omega Sorority and was a varsity cheerleader. The groom has fulfilled an LDS mission to Michigan. He will be attending Brig-ha- m Young University this fall.
