She seldom follows a recipe. Jean added too, that her children find it to get a recipe because difficult very it is just a pinch of this and a pinch of that. When asked about early cooking experience, Mrs. Josephson recalls her first batch of bisquits. Her husband, Oleen, replied that her bisquits were so hard that they could be used for door knobs! Over the years Jean's cooking skills have improved considerably . Perhaps the reason for the improvement is that the Josephsons became the parents of six children, (Boyd, Garth, Anna, Kathy and David) who loved Emily, All 4 new arrival weighed .7 pounds 10 ounces and will be named Darci Alice.
