Mrs. Evans has been active in Public Service Clubs in the County and is presently a member of The League of Women Voters; The Civic Improvement Club and the Business and Professional Women's Club. In 1972 she Mas selected by the Business and Professional Woiien of Brigham for their Womn of the Year award. She has been active Asin the Parent-Teachesociation, having served as President of the Box Elder Century Fox Film Corporation for a number of years. She also was employed as Office Manager for blah Homes, Inc., better known as Lindsay Park Subdivision, for four years. She as married to Bert Kvans of Brigham City but he died suddenly with a heart attack in 1943 and left her kith three small daughters to raise: Cheryl. Louise and years. Marilyn. Since being appointed as County Kecorder. she has been a dedicated worker in Association of Counties Organization.
