They enjoyed watching and listening to Conference together and dinner. A number of people in our A'ard attended the concert at the Bear River High school. Ronnie Miyashiro, the blind Hawaiian pianist, parformed at his best and theyoungguitarist, AnJre Lo;z, greatly added to the evening. The Gorings held a family dinner at their lovely new home following services. Memliers of the Myrl Perry and Douglas Burbank families met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Burbank, Thursday evening. The occasion was Randy's birthday. Mr. and Mr3. Floyd Gardner, Dennis Gardner, Honeyvllle, and Mr. and Mr3. Jack Hamilton, Brigham City, drove to Pocatello, Idaho, Sunday, where they visited Mrs. Chloie Curtis. The Gardners also attended a family homo evening at the Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home in Brigham City, Thursday evening. Mr. Hamilton was in charge of the evening and Floyd entertained with musical numbers on his accordion. The Gardners received a phone call from their daughter, Mrs. John Roberts, saying they had reached their new home in Moline, 111. safely, but had encountered some difficult winter driving during their trip. 11. had worked as a mechanic at Wagstaff Oil Co. and Hill Air Force Base. He was a graduate of the Salt Lake Area Vocational School and moved to Howell in 1964 from Salt Lake City. He was an elder in the Howell LDS Ward and served as a home teacher and Sunday School teacHe her. Surviving is one sister, Mrs. Heber (Mary Lou) Broderick, Tucson, Ariz. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at noon in the Howell Ward Chapel with Bishop Mariner D. Munk officiating. Burial was in the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Bank Winners count. She was born September 4, 1893, in Portage, Utah, a daughter of Joseph Henry and Emma Hoskins Halford. She was married to William Arthur John November 11, 1914, in the Logan LDS Temple. Mr! John died March 31, 1942. Mrs. John received her education in the Portage schools and attended Box Elder Academy. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served as Primary counselor and teacher; YWMIA Counselor and Beehive teacher; Sunday school secretary, and was a Relief Society visiting teacher. Survivors include two sons and four daughters: Cleon L. John, Salt Lake City; Rodney T. John, Draper, Utah; Mrs. Francis (Madge) Hull, Brigham City; Mrs. Roy G.
