The meeting was held at the Senior Center with Mrs. Merrill Laub as hostess. President LaRene Napoli conducted the meeting. Jill Davis and Christina Griffin, two local young ladies, favored the group with two guitar numbers. Their singing was most appreciated by their list- eners. Mrs. Cliff McMurdie introduced as the representative clubwoman of the year, Mrs. Otto Brockman who has devot- - Students of Mrs. Eleanor Pet- ersen's fourth grade will pre- sent a "Puppet Show" to the student body, parents, and on two consec-ati- ve days. Wednesday, April 18 at 9:30 a m. nd Thursday, April 19 at l:30p.iti. in the Nrth Park Gymnasium. Three fairy tales: "The Three Bears," "Billy Goat Grugg," and "Jack and the Beanstalk," will be reinacted. Master of Ceremonies is James Hunsaker. Morjorie Oyler gave a report on meetings which the club delegates have attended at the Legislative Council which has had meetings during the winter. She teaches in the Clothing and Textiles department there and her topic for the meeting was "Clothing And How It Relates To Behavior." She gave the history of clothing and costuming and said that three major points to remember in selecting clothing are Material, Accessories and Style. She told the group that clothing is worn for certain reasons. She said that you choose clothing to stimulate yourself and others and that clothing is a communicating factor. Roger Miller celebrated his tenth birthday on April 4th and was the guest of honor at a birthday party which was held at the North Park. Twenty friends enhoyed a treasure hunt and other games. A weiner roast added to the fun. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Dunn had houseguests over the weekend. Visiting from Salt Lake were Mrs. David V. Behunin and two sons. Mrs. Behunin is a sister of Mrs. Dunn.
