Some teen relatives were guests at the - nner. lhe newlyweds will make tneir home in Denver. Mr. .tnd Mrs. Alvin Norr on Monday night for th:ir James Dixon. The occarion being his birthday. The evening was spent in playing c.ird? with high score going to Mrs. Myri Norr and low score to J.'.mes Dixon. Chili and pie was served to ten members of the Norr family. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Norr and daughter, Mrs. Cleo Dixon were Ogden visitors Monday. The Gleaner class met at the home of Mildred Jean Loveland Tuesday evening. After the lesson was given, chili and pic were served by Mrs. Duett Loveland. R Burbank met with a painful accident while at work in Ogden. He is at the Dee hospital receiving treatment. His many relatives and, friends are hoping for his early recovery. Mr. and Mrs. James Barnard, and Mr and Mrs. Louis Spackman and their families were dinner guests of relatives in Mendon on Thanksgiving Day. Bishop and Mrs. Clarence Fryer had as their guests on Thanksgiving day their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fryer of Logan and Mr. and Mrs Thomas Potter cf Tremonton. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Ray Chidester had as their visitors, the father and brother of Mrs. Chidester from Logan. Lois Fryer spent Thanksgiving Day in Salt Lake City. Phyllis Fryer spent Thanksgiving Day here with her parents, returning to the Dee hospital where she is training as a nurse. Saturday, Mrs. Lloyd Lish and son Jay, of Sunnyside, Utah and Mrs. Luella Slatter and Mrs. Barbara Frearson of Bonneville visited relatives and friends here. Barbara Snow left Friday to return to her position in Pittsburg, California. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Packer and children were visiting with Mr. and Mrs. N. Peter Marble on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Rupert Blackham and sons Kent and Dale were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Dewey at tr.cir heme in Tremonton Other guests were Mrs Ned Waldron and children from Washington, D. C. At Sacrament meeting Sunday evening, Jerry Barnard gave a talk on leadership for the Deacons quorum. High Councilman LeRoy Bunnell was the special speaker. Chris Hansen has been ill for a few days, but is improving. Mr. 'and Mrs. Elias Andersen entertained at a family dinner on Thanksgiving day .Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Wayne C Gun-nel- l and family of Malad, Lt. Stanley L. Andersen of Ogden, Lt and Mrs. Denton S. Richards of Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs W. L. Richards of Ogden. Mr and Mrs. Orson Christenscn and family and Mrs Martina Lar-sevisited with relatives in Idaho Falls and other places in Idaho, during the Thanksgiving weekend. Miss Doris Ogg of American Fork visited with relatives and friends in Elwood, Garland and Perry during the Thanksgiving holiday. Mrs Odell Romer spent Thanksgiving with her mother, Mrs. Morrison in Idaho. Seaman First Class Odell Romer came home early Friday morning and surprised his wife, Mrs. Annie Romer who had been expecting a phone call from him. Seaman Romer has been active in the Pacific waters and has visited a number of places of interest in that section. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Romer Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Byrd and Mrs. Minnie Kelstrom of Ogdcn and her daughter Bertie of California, were guests of Mrs Mar tina J. Larsen Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. J A. Jensen and daughter Eima and son Darrell of Buhl, Idaho, are visiting among relatives here Darrel has recently been discharged from the U." S. Army. During an extended honeymoon, the young couple were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Payne of Howell and of Mr and Mrs. Wallace Christenscn at Faust Valley.
