The decorations were beautiful, especially the tree which was done in red. Dinner started with a waldorf salad. It was shaped like a box and decorated with ribbon made of mayonnaise. A relish tray made up of deviled eggs and olives was good. The main course was filet mignon, baked potato, rolls and corn. The steaks were about the best I've ever eaten. Dessert was pumpkin pie with whipped cream. A delicious red fruit punch served with the meal quenched the thirst. Service was excellent. The excellent meal and atmosphere made a lovely evening for r members. McKay Farrer was master of ceremonies. Carol Smith sang "Christmas Bells." A Christmas quiz was conducted by Janelle and Marlys.
