Survivors: husband, daughters Mrs. Gaye Mast, Miss Janet LeFevre and son Frank, all of Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; her mother, Beaver; two broth-erKaye Ashworth, Beaver; and Mack Ashworth, Murray; three sisters, Mrs. Zona Prusse, Bountiful; Mrs. Ruth Bonner, and Mrs. Laura Pederson, both of Salt Lake City. Funeral services were held Thursday, February 27th, at 10 a.m. in Salt Lake. Buriai was in the Elysian Burial Gardens. Many friends and relatives from Beaver were in attendance. "Beaver's Dept. At the close of the program they went to the home of Floral Lee where they spent the remainder of the evening visiting and were served delicious refreshments by the hostess. Mrs. Susie Beeson entertained eight members of her Bridge Club Monday night. A dessert luncheon was served after which the group enjoyed playing cards with prizes going to Mildred Pickard, Elsie Hales and Kate Joseph. held a Washington's Birthday party Friday at the home of Burridge. Naomi Baker assisted with games which were in keeping with the theme. Prizes were won by Vilda Smith, Ina McQuarrie and Burridge. Cherry pie Ala Mode was served by Mrs. Robinson. Born November 25, Cabble County, West Virginia, a son of Jesse Payton and Alice Davis Stephenson. He was married to Hortense Valentine of Beaver on Feb. 11, 1930. They were later divorced. He was a member of the Church of JeSaints. sus Christ of Latter-da- y A former landscaper by trade, he had worked the past twelve years since his retirement for the LDS Church Welfare storehouse at Los Angeles. Survivors include a son and a daughter, Mark E. Stephenson, City of Commerce, California; Valerie Stephenson, Los Angeles one grandchild; a brother, Oscar F. Stephenson of Cedar City; and a sister, Emma Hunnel, Mun cie, Indiana. Services had not been arranged for at this time. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Stephen son and their daughter, Mrs. Maurine Kearney left Milford early Sunday morning for Los Angele. 1883, in Gil-lin- -- Funeral services and burial were in St. George. Eldon Lavar Coates, 52, who was serving his third term as Mayor of Kingston, Piute Co., died in tha Panguitch Hospital Thrrsc'.ay, Fsbruary 28th of natural causes. Funeral services and burial v;-r-e conducted in .Kingston on Monday with many friends and from relatives of the family Beaver in attendance. Rudolph Nielsons to Observe 50th ance chairman and chairman of transporting materials from the Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Nielson will observe their fiftieth wedding anniversary March 4. An Open House honoring them will be held Sunday, March 8, from 2 until 6 p.m. at their home in Milford. The Nielsons are natives of Ephriam, Utah. They were mar-rei- d there March 4, 1914. Tho marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on June 18, 1942. They moved to Milford on March 2, 1924 where they have lived and been active in the Church and civic affairs. Mr. Nielson has served as superintendent of the Milford Sunday School, in the presidency of the YMIA and been Milford Ward Clerk. Ha was fin-le- d starting at Dies in Panguitch Paul D. Bonnell, 79, husband of Esther Patterson Bonnell, a former Beaver resident, died in St. George January 31st of a heart attack. Mr. Bonnell, who was a chief electrical engineer at Hoover Dam, married Esther Patterson November 19, 1948 in Las Vegas, Nevada. After his retirement in 1954 they made their home in St. George. He is survived by his widow of St. George, four step - daughters Mrs. Lois Tolton of Bellevue, Washington, Mrs. Carol Ayers s Jackson, Calif.lrs., Betty and Mrs. Pat Reed of Henderson, Nevada; eight grand children and two great - grand children. He was president of the genealogy society, group leader of the High Priests for 20 years and a member of the Welfare Committee. He has served 20 years as chairman of District one for the Democratic .party and is now chairman of the County Central Committee. He was Milford Posmaster for nearly 16 years and served as second and first vice president of ths National Association of Postmasters in Utah Chapter. He was president of the Association in 1953 and retired as postmaster on June 30, 1954. Ha served in two sessions of th3 Utah Legislature, one as Houss Supply Clerk and one as House Assistant Sergeant at. Arms. dows and to do cleaning to improve the building. Emma Marshall Dies In Minersville ThTir- - I Emma Eugusta Eyre Marshall 73, of Minersville, died Wednesday, February 26th in a Milford hospital of causes incident to age. Born October 29, 1890 in Minersville, a daughter of George H. and Emma Walker Eyre. She married Earnest Clyde Marshall June 7, 1907 in the Salt Lake Temple. He died on September 4, 1946. Mrs. Marshall was a visiting teacher for the Relief Society for 45 continuous years; Secretary for Daughters of Utah Pioneers, Beaver Camp; Beaver State Missionary and member of the Minersville LDS Ward. Survivors include four sons and seven daughters: Harold, Alton, Mrs. Earl (Rema) Limb, all ot Minersville; Hubert, Mrs. n Jack (Norma) Aubrey, Mrs. of all (Carla) Macintosh, Salt Lake City; Craig, Spring-ville- ; Mrs. Leon (Joan) Ashworth, Ely; Mrs. Ernest (Lucille) Johnson, Stockton, Tooele County; Mrs. Ray (Geneice) Barnson, Junction; and Mrs. Alton (Mae) Atkin of Beaver; 32 grandchildren; 14 great - grandchildren; one brother, G. W. Eyre, Cedar City; four sisters, Mrs. Aubra (Gladyst Myers and Mrs. Kenneth (Alta) Kelsey, of Minersville; Mrs. Andy (Lolai Bonn, Las Vegas, Nev., and Mrs. Clara Evans, Stockton. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Miners ville Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Minersville City Cemetery. Many friends and relatives from Beaver called at the home and were in attendance at the services.
