At a recent meeting, an order was passed and ordered published stating the action, and advising all owners of such horses now running on the range, gather them in, or they wilt be gathered by the authorities. Clinton McKinnon has been assigned tu the duty of collecting the horses, which will be disposed of when captured under later actions of the board. The commissioners also signed an agreement with the Reclamation department, allowing the rebuilding of a new 1S00 foot highway at the site of Scofield dam, to take the place of the highway that will be under water when the dam is completed.
