Holidays KICKBOXING: Intense class which coordinates a cardio workout with traditional boxing moves. Classes are in the bubble on Monday, Wednes-dav and Friday at 6 p.m. BODY SCULPTING: Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 5 p.m. Classes free of charge, taught by fitness staf Bring plenty of water to class. CARDIO CLASS: High Intensity, both high and low impact levels, d class designed to get your heart pumping and high energy your feet moving. VITALITY SPORTS & FITNESS is now open. We serve delicious smoothies and sell all the best sports nutrition supplements. All preiraid smoothie cards from the Nutrition Connection will be honored. YOGA: The class focuses on strength, breathing and alignment and is a more holistic internalized experience. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday at 5 p.m. PILATES: Devoted to stretching, shaping strengthening the body. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. REBOUNDING: Mini trampolines are used for jumping and running movesthat burn the same catories as jogging without the impact Classes held Monday and Wednesday at 11 a.m., and Friday at 5 p.m. STEP AEROBICS: This nonstop, high energy, vertical workout incorporates challenging patterns on a step platform. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at noon; and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 p.m. BASKETBALL CAMP: Weber State University coaches will teach the fundamentals of basketball to ages 15 and older, Saturdayfrom 9 n at the Hess Fitness Center gym.
