Below is a list of Air Force and Air Force Materiel Command awards winners. JanuaryHeidi Sebring, 466th Fighter SSgt. Squadron, was named 1994 Air Force Reserve Medical Readiness Instructor of the Year. Steve Rasmussen of Hill's Environmental Management Directorate (EM) was awarded the 1994 United States Environmental Protection Agency Stratospheric Ozone Protection Award for his leadership g substance in the Hill AFB phase-ou- t program. The Training Systems Management Division of Hill's Commodities Directorate (LI) won three awards which distinguished them as one of the top acquisition communities in the Air Force. They received the General Bernard A. Schriever Program Executive Office Award, the Schriever Designated Acquisition Command Award and the Maj. Gen. Frederick Dau Award. Four Hill AFB employees won 1994 AFMC Award for their outstanding achievements. Lt. Col. Pamela L. Smith, 75th Medical Group, won Outstanding Active-DutField Grade Nurse; Copt. Connie Dell Roc-c- o, 75th MG, won 1994 Outstanding Active-Dut- y Company Grade Nurse of the Year; David G. Chaston, Aircraft Directorate (LA), received the Acquisition Logistics Engineering Technical Award; and Jon W. Shively, LA, received the Chief of Logistics Program Element Officer Award. - 5X p '3f Winners Y ft W. Canada won the MSgt. AFMC's Medical Service Specialty NCO of the Year award. Philip Morgan, composite bonding mechanic in LA, was awarded the Air Force Exemplary Civilian Service Award. Pat McReaken, 75th Civil Engineering Group, won the Department of the Air Force Exceptional Civilian Service Award. He received the award from Sheila Widnall, secretary of the Air Force. October April The 75th ABW won 23 AFMC awards. Military Tech nician of the Year went to Sgt. Julie M;$ mfvw Carigjio, Military Manager of the Year KW went to Copt. Nicholas J. DeMarco and Hill's Fitness and Sports Program won the Outstand ing Service Activity Award. The 1995 Secretary of Defense Individual Award for Environmental Quality; the highest award for a James R. Silo-Base- Force Professionalism in Contracting Award. Art McCarty, Technology and Industrial Support Directorate (TI), received the Air Force Exemplary Civilian Service Award for his contributions to the computed tomography facility. Keltie Barth, TI; Curtis Goodrich, Marilyn Thurgood, Mark Nourse and Richard Johnson, LI, were recognized for suggestions resulting in an award of $10,000 or more. The Air Force Association presented the 419th FW with a Presidential Citation of Merit for Outstanding Achievement. November Eieht members of the 419th FW received promotions through the Air Force Reserve's promotion enhancement program. Receiving promotions were: CMSgt. Pete Goff, MSgt. Sue Armstrong, MSgt. Esther Biesinger, TSgt. Judy Barrett, TSgt. Donna J. Chappell, TSgt. Dale C. George, TSgt. Bill Siegel and TSgt. David A. Wallace. The Hill Aerospace Museum won an Air Force Association award for its educational programs. John McCleary, museum director, traveled to Washington D.C. to receive the award. Vicki Stevens, Ogden ALC Small Business Office, was recognized at the Minority Enterprise Development Week Observances in Salt Lake City. She won a Contract Support Award. Lynn Hill, EM, received the AFMC Environmental Compliance Award for Individual Excellence. The Defense Commissary Agency Hill Commissary won the Bill Nichols Award for the Best Large Commissary in the United States. Glen R.
