Show Hilltop Times April 13, 1995 Wing sponsors photo contest Base The 75th Air Wing is sponsoring a photo contest called, "Hill AFB As I See It." It is open to all Hill employees, civilian and military. Awards will be given to the top three places in each category color and black and white. The entry deadline is May 15. Ozone information exchange Infor- The Air Force Ozone Depleting Chemicals mation Exchange has a new bulletin board system called the ODC Information Exchange BBS. The ODC Information Exchange located at Brooks AFB. Texas, has been designated by Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command as the focal point for ODC information. ODC substitutes, points of contact, military specifications and standards, training and conferences, library and test data resources and ODC inquiry information are all available on the BBS. Current ODC news and information. Air Force ODC policy and regulations, and ODC waiver policy procedures will be available on the BBS in the future. All areas will be updated as new information is available. Users can leave questions for the information specialist while connected to the BBS. The BBS requires INTERNET and TELNET capabilities. Road repair, construction started Crews have started making road repairs on base and are scheduled to continue the work through July. The tentative schedule is: Now through May 27, Army and Air Force Exchange gas station entrance. Arsenal Road curb, the road north of the base theater and the West Gate expansion. The work at the West Gate will add a turn lane a portion of 6th Street. to M Street and Hot Pad 3 repair. Work will involve the May replacement of a cement section on the hot pad to handle loaded aircraft all year. June hospital parking lot repair and construction of an ambulance emergency exit as well as additional parking on the west side.
