The winners were selected from nominations from each of the wing's squadrons and will now compete for the 12th Air Force Airmen of the Year honors. Airman Chavez has isolated and repaired several complicated aircraft electrical problems as the only aircraft electrician on the wing's 6 AB transfer team.
