Norm Smith, the new manager, has already initiated some changes which should be pleasing to club members and draw new members. The club is one of the best bargains in town. QI jt It is the Army and Air Force Exchange policy that any buttons broken while articles are being dry cleaned or laundered by the exchange concessionaire will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The concessionaire inspects clothing prior to dispensing to customers and replaces broken buttons when noted. Your uniforms obviously got past the employee doing the inspection. The concessionaire has been advised to more closely inspect the clothing. WhyI the charge for water? is a our new cafeteria. I was wondering, however, why they charge 15 cents for a cup of water to go with your meal on swing shift, and on day shift the water is free with a meal. There should not have been a charge for the water. It is the restaurant's policy to provide a glass or cup of iced water at no charge when consumed with a purchased meal. All cashiers have been reminded of this policy.
