This week we're looking at the base restaurants and the . Airmen's Dining Hall. Base Restaurants There are five base restaurants at Hill AFB. They provide base personnel with a variety of services and are open to anyone on base. It is located in Bldg. 402 and features cafeteria style dining. It is the only base restaurant that remains open on weekends and holidays. ' Hall Dining is available This ala carte - AFB? '3lfl, D0 3 D u wCdgoU dining facility to all military personnel assigned to Hill AFB w ho carry a meal card or are here on active reserve duty. It is also open to separate ration people assigned lo Hill AFB and military and civilians on TDY. Any eligible user may sponsor two guests. The sponsor must sit at the same table as his guests. On holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, military members may bring up to five guests. During summer months the dining hall is also available to a number of youth groups with proper authorization. The dining hall is open Monday through Friday for breakfast from 5:15 to 8:30 a.m., for lunch from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and for dinner from 3 to 5:30 p.m. service during the week starts at 6 p.m. and goes to 10 p.m. Hours of operation on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are breakfast, 6 to 9:30 a.m.; lunch, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; and dinner, 3:30 to 6 p.m. Carryout hours are the same as during the week. A midnight meal is served daily for personnel on evening duty. It is served from ,10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and is served only to personnel attired in work uniforms. Sponsored by the Chaplain's Office, the sessions will be held in the Hill AFB chapel and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 27 and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Aug. 28. The fact is that credit institutions are, taking a risk in lending money to anyone. These institutions like to minimize their risk by lending to people who are proven to be good financial managers.
