The change requires employees to pay their share of premiums while on leave without pay. Starting Aug: 22 for employees on the Maintenance pay cycle and Aug. 29 for In an additional change, some employees have refunds coming from their benefits. This stemmed from an interim change to the regulation during Nov. 10, 1981 to Feb. 26, 1982, which required co-o-p students, season and ll employees to pay their share of premiums, plus the agency's share, while on LWOP status for more than 30 calendar days. on-ca- , employees on the Supply pay cycle,; employees regardless of the reason for LWOP will pay their share of the premiums while in this status. All other employees on LWOP status more than 30 days were required to pay their share only. Now all employees who paid premiums will receive reimbursement from the Civilian Payroll Office by Septal. The reimbursement requires no action on the part of the employees; however, if they have not received the refund by that date, the Civilian Payroll Of fice should be contacted. Employees currently on LWOP will be notified of the requirement by the Civilian Personnel Division. If these employees do not wish to con-tintheir health benefits, they must come to Bldg. 1245, room 12, and cancel the insurance Otherwise, benefits will continue and they will be responsible to pay the premiums. If any employees are unable to pay the premiums, but want continued coverage, they may wait until they return to duty, then the past premiums will be withheld from their paychecks. ue . Rainbow The exercise 82-- 8 was designed to test the 4th Tactical Fighter Squadron's ability to prepare and fly aircraft in a combat area. Focus of the Will exercise was on sortie generation (flights) and combat configuration (weapons loading) of the squadron's aircraft. .
