All 1. northsouth traffic on Sixth Street will be blocked from 6 to 8 a.m. and 3 to 4:30 p.m. each work day. Southbound traffic coming from the 1100 Zone will be detoured at Arizona Street. Traffic wishing to use may proceed as normal. "This action is necessary to observe alleviating the present traffic hazard on the freeway every morning," said Lt. Col. Donald Trombley, chief, Security Police. It will give a good idea of whether it will work or not," he said.
