There is a new protective overgarment to be worn by all mobility forces operating in a chemical environment. Procedures for administering antidotes for certain chemical agents have some antidotes no longer are used. There is so much new inchanged formation the class has been lengthened from four to eight hours. Key staff commander, 4754th Radar Evaluation Squadron; and Col. R. S. von Hazmburg, Twenty key staff officers went through the gas chamber Friday, Oct. 27, as part of a special class to introduce the new training, which began officially Oct. 30. The objective of the training is to prepare all military personnel for possible deployment, whether on mobility status at the time or not, according to Robert N.
