Show November Mir civi lian prsonnI The second luncheon meeting of the Hill Administrative Club will feature Mr. George W. Mullins, chief of Civilian Personnel Operations, Air Staff, from Randolph AFB, Tex. HIS TOPIC WILL BE the new Civil Service Reform Act and its probable impact on the future careers of Air Force employees. The meeting will be held Thursday, Nov. 30, at the at NCO Club 11:30 a.m. Mr. Mullins is a native of Texas and has held numerous responsible positions in the civilian personnel career field. The to 1118' HILL TOP TIMES 17, 1978 mil Office of Civilian Personnel Operations is a new organization with responsibility to direct, develop, manage and evaluate civilian personnel programs and systems which implement policies established by the Air Staff. IN 1976, MR. MULLINS was selected as one of four Air Force participants in Federal Program III and attended the Federal Executive Institute. Mr. Mullins also is the recipient of numerous awards for official performance and community service. He has long been an active member of Xions Clubs International and is a cum laude graduate of North Texas State University. The Hill Administrative Club, together with other objectives, is dedicated to improving communication inter-manageri- al concerning Air Force missions, policies, and objectives and demonstrates support of this objective by presenting this timely program.
