Show Page November HILL TOP TIMES 12 12, 1976 ic DOC D0C 3tlC DOC Is it legitimate for a supervisor to charge an employe an hours annual leave for being three minutes late for work? If so, does he get to take the remainder of the hour off? Q The supervisor has the prerogative of either charging leave for an employe's tardiness or he may excuse the tardiness for adequate reasons. If the tardiness is charged to annual leave, the minimum charge is one hour. The employe may take the remainder of the hour unless the supervisor desires him to commence work immediately. Then, the employe may be excused early to compensate for the work performed while on annual leave status.
