Bill-- ne continues svine flu vaccinations The Air Force Surgeon General has announced that the swine flu vaccination program will continue throughout the Air Force as planned. The Air Force announcement follows confirmation by the Communicable Disease Center in Atlanta that there was no connection between the vaccine and recent civilian deaths initially alleged to be linked to the national program. The vaccine is being distributed to Air Force bases by the Defense Supply Agency and has already been given to a number of Air Force personnel. The vaccination program for active duty Air Force personnel is expected to be completed by early November, with dependents to have received the vaccine by sometime in December.
