The fickle weather patterns are once again under the influence of the transition period which separates division chief, Industrial gstem Engineering Division, Directorate of Maintenance recently received notification of his professional registration as a quality control engineer by the state of California. Mr. Crandal is the second registered quality control engineer in Utah and the first at Hill AFB. Quality engineering was recently established as a new engineering discipline in the state of California through efforts of the American Society for Quality Control. registration should contact Mr. Crandal, ext. 3810, for summer and winter.
