There are seven chapters in the state of Utah, covering geographical areas in which and military civilian personnel reside. DOES AFA SUP!OUT RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ENLISTED COUNCIL AND JUNIOR OFFICER ADVISORY COUNCIL? Both these Councils serve as advisory bodies to AFA's Iresident, and action on their recommendations can proceed in one of two ways. If the President determines that the recommendation requires support action by the membership it is forwarded to the National Resolution Omimittee for review. If the recommendation is approved by this Committee, it is then presented as a resolution to the national convention. On the other hand.' should the council recommend procedural change that does not require additional policy approval, the president may seek approval of the recommendation by AFA's HOW Executive Oimmittee. |
