Each of these cities lies in close proximity to one of the Air Force Logistics Command's Air large Logistics Centers and many of their residents benefit from the command's extensive community service program -a program that exemplifies the command's "good neighbor" policy. More than 600,000 civilian "neighbors" of the air logistics centers benefited from the command's a during period. civilian employees of the command donated over 176,000 hours of support to enable the program to function. While are impressive, the actual nature of the activity paints a fascinating and varied picture.
