His assignments have taken him to Astoria, Ore. Puerto Rico, and now to Hill AFB. His reason for volunteering to be a 1551 FTS instructor is simple. He says he thoroughly enjoys teaching. Lt. Parker holds a bachelors degree in engineering and masters degrees in both education and business. He has received the Coast Guard Commendation Medal the Navy Unit Commendation Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. Lt. Parker, his wife Katie and their two children. Joann 6. and Judy 5. reside on Hill AFB Summer Uniforms Unauthorized Only one more week for Hill AFB military personnel to wear the optional summer uniforms. Oct. 31 marks the last day. Whether airmen like it or not, they will have to stop shivering and start wearing the regulation uniforms for the colder season.
