Contrary to the Recorder. belief that this council exists solely because mistaken regulations existence, it is an active and vital program which continually explores and resolves any suggestions, complaints, or problems brought to its attention. Edwin Eddy, Consolidated Base Peronnel Office, briefed the council on the Palace Flicks program and the Customer Service operation. Matters discussed at this meeting included stocking of government issue items at the commissary.
