SEMINARY DEDICATED j (Cont'nued from front page) of the "great spirit of discernment." Former Deseret Stake president, I June L. Black, under whose direc tion the seminary building plan had its inception, admonished the students, stu-dents, parents and teachers to uphold up-hold the seminary program. "Students "Stu-dents come to seminary to learn how to live," said Mr. Black. Paul Winward, principal of the Deseret Stake Seminary, noted that in having the students at Seminary Semin-ary 180 days a year, the teaching staff feels they have a little more responsibility than perhaps the pri mary and the Sunday School. "In our Heavenly Father's plan for His children, there doesn't ever have to be a loser," he said. The services were held in the foyer of the Seminary building with the two adjoining classroom walls folded back to make one lar ge room. Rulon Callister made arrangements ar-rangements for the services to be piped to the chapel of the Deseret Stake House where the overflow crowd could hear the program.
