Band Schedule Is Announced The following summer band schedule has been drawn up by Mr. Carson Sharp for benefit of parents and students who are taking the band courses: Lynndyl and Leamington, grades five and six, twelve noon, Mondays thru Fridays. Oak City, grades five and six, 1:00 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays. Delta Elementary, grades five and six, beginners, 2:00 p. m., Mondays thru Fridays. Sutherland Elementary, grades five and six, 3:00 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays. Hinckley Elementary, grades five and six, 4:00 p.m., Mondays thru Fridays. The seventh and eighth grade bands will be at 5:00 p.m. on alternate alter-nate days. Salt Lake City, is general chairman of the committee in charge of U-tah's U-tah's 1965" June Dairy Month observance. ob-servance. A highlight of the mon-long observance ob-servance will be the traditional "Dairy Night at Derks Field" baseball base-ball game in Salt Lake City on Friday, June 18, 1965. The annual dairy night will feature a Pacific Coast League baseball game between be-tween the Salt Lake City Bees and the Indianapolis Indians. "Dairy Princess contests are also being conducted in a number of Utah counties during June," Mr. Millet said. County winners will compete in the State Dairy Princess finals in Salt Lake City in November. Novem-ber. "A long series of civic luncheons and dinners saluting the dairy in dustry is now being held across the state, from Logan to St. George and east as far as Roosevelt, Duchesne Du-chesne County." RECEIVES WORD OF DEATH OF GRANDDAUGHTER Mr. George Jensen of Deseret received re-ceived word of the death of his granddaughter, Mrs. Barbara Anne Sundquist Jones, 20, of Vernal. She was the daughter of Hatch and Donna Jensen Sundquist. She died in the LDS Hospital May 24 of cys tic fibrosis. Mrs. Sundquist is survived by her husband, Harold, son Kim, parents; brothers, Dan and Lynn; grandmo ther Sundquist and grandfather Jensen. Funeral services were held in Vernal Fourth Ward LDS Chapel May 26th. Mr., and Mrs. Don Johnson and daughter Shauna of Sutherland attended at-tended the services for their niece. Mr. and Mrs. Oxel Johnson had some of their children and grandchildren, grand-children, but I don't know exactly the ones. Inez, Gayl and I made our annual an-nual trip to Tooele and Salt Lake Monday afternoon for Memorial Day- and returned that same nite. I'm glad we were coming south instead of going north there was a steady stream of cars as far as a person could see all the way to Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Lovell had a pleasant surprise Sunday evening. Their son Raymond, who is on a mission in the Raratonga Islands called them up. He says to tell all hello and he's feeling fine. At 'the present time he is on a little island of Artutaki. Jerald and Wilma had their sons Kenneth and Gordon and Gordon's friend Annette Johnson of Nephi over the weekend. : Mrs. Millie Lovell wants to thank all the many friends who called on her while in town last weekend. Millie really loves to have people call on her as . she is still unable to be on her feet as yet. Clara Johnson took care of her little granddaughter while parents, Joyce and Johnny Rushton were fishing over the weekend.
