The question is how to get the best ideas to carry out complex copper production operations in the most efficient way possible? Kennecott's answer is a carefully planned communications communica-tions system for the interchange of information and ideas. A key part of this system is weekly staff and plant communications commun-ications meetings. From these meetings information spreads to the more than 6000 members of the copper production team. And from the production team comes information for the meetings. , . A two-way communications system that produces ideas is one of the major reasons why Kennecott continues to operate as a sound, successful business that makes a substantial Contribution to Utah's economy. v-- 4 LICOnZSOM (Soppoa GhspOZQiSCD (CI) Utah Copper Divide PAUL ROBISON This Teen of the Week, was interviewed in-terviewed on Location busy working work-ing at his job in the D.H.S.
