Show THURSDAY, MAY 18, 1944 THE LEHI SUN, LEHI, UTAH THURSDAY, MAY 18, Dance Concert Directed By ; Am. Fork Girl Miss Betty Houston, talented daughter of Dr. and Mrs. V. F. Houston, figured prominently in the dance concert presented by Orchesls of the the University of Utah Friday evening. Miss Houston directed a dance suite in two parts, "Rhythm of the City" and "Rhythm of the Plains". There were seven interpretations in-terpretations of part one and three intepretations of part two. The evening's entertainment also included a dance demonstration demon-stration of studies in design, "The Woman," a Roumanian RhaDsody. and a suite directed by Miss Ruby Robbins. In addition to directing tne dances Miss Houston and Miss Robbins , designed their stage settings and properties, uotn are members of the Dance Production Pro-duction class at the university. Attending the concert were Dr. and Mrs. Houston, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ellison, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Coddington and Miss Joyce Houston. ' ' ; ,";-".
