IvaJune Walker's third grade class sang "I'm Proud to be an American" as well as signed and said the preamble to the Bill of Rights as part of the school spotlight at the beginning of the program. PTA membership is extremely low at the elementary ele-mentary school level and presidencies were encouraged encour-aged to get membership dues in. Reflections Contest finalist entries need to be turned in to the council before Dec. 10 forjudging.
